For all our new clients, we offer our discounted Introductory Package of 4 private sessions. At your first session we conduct a Health and Fitness Profile to assess your posture, flexibility and strength. This information is used to design an individualized routine that will help you correct faulty alignment and movement patterns. Your Health and Fitness Profile, along with weekly progress notes, is kept on file and referred to throughout your time at Westside Workout.
If you are brand new to Pilates and would like to take a group Reformer class we first require you to complete the Introductory Package of 4 Privates sessions (which includes the Health and Fitness Profile). These sessions are designed to help the beginner learn the basics of Pilates and gain experience working on the Reformer. This introduction to Pilates ensures a safe, effective and positive experience in the group class.
Experienced Pilates Exercisers familiar with the Reformer can enroll immediately in a group Reformer class or can choose to refresh their Pilates skills with the discounted Introductory Package of 4 Private sessions (which includes the assessments described above).
