Westside Workout’s owner, Joan, has been teaching Pilates forever. She is very professional and does a great job. The studio is organized and very well run. All the instructors are slightly different making for a rich variety in the classes. I found this studio after doing Pilates for 15 years and I can’t say enough about it!
